Deep Resonance: Using Vibration in Healing - Chanting Heart Sutra
Master Chunyi Lin says that energy is described as light or vibrations and chanting is a pure form of vibration. Different chants have been used as healing and meditation tools throughout our history.
Heart Sutra is one of the most revered chants in Buddhism and it contains deep wisdom and healing power. Gadu has been chanting Heart Sutra and using it in healing and meditation.
In this series, Gadu will guide you to understand the meaning of the sutra and to chant it to heal yourself and others. He will use popular Japanese version of the sutra and teach it in Japanese pronunciation. You will receive handouts and recording of Heart Sutra chanted by Gadu.

Tuition: $100 USD for the whole series or $25 USD/class

Doushin Talk: Kokoro - Opening Heart
Kokoro (心) is a Japanese word for Heart/Mind. It is an ambiguous concept that is generally defined as "the center of heart, mind, emotion, thought, intention, etc." However, we all intuitively know when someone say "heart." Anyone from any culture touch the center of chest when they refer themselves as "I". We have an innate wisdom that Kokoro is the center of our being.
In this Doushin Talk, Gadu will share about what is Kokoro and what means to "Open Your Heart." He will guide you to experience deeper connection to your Soul through opening your heart. He will end the session with guided healing meditation.
Doushin Talk is a FREE wisdom sharing and guided meditation by Gadu.
